new to the
studio?

Here are a few things to keep in mind when preparing for your in-person session. If you have specific questions, please feel free to email me.

  • If you have not done so already, you can create an account to review, reschedule upcoming sessions and classes as well as purchase packages.

  • If this is your first session, we’ll take a few minutes to discuss any injuries you have as well as what your goals are. Please be sure to fill out your health form in advance so we can spend more of our time together moving!

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Avoid anything with zippers, snaps or buttons to avoid damaging the upholstery. Socks are optional. Face masks are optional, however if you have been exposed to covid, kindly wear a face mask until you are outside the window of risk per CDC guidelines.

  • Everybody cleans! Studio equipment is wiped down thoroughly by both instructor and client after each session.

  • Group classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Privates and duets have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Early cancels will be applied to future appointments. Late cancels are responsible for the full rate.
    Need to late cancel? I get it, life happens. You woke up with a scratchy throat… the boss scheduled a last minute meeting… family emergency…the dog escaped. If you find that you’re unable to attend for whatever reason, send someone in your place. Everyone wins: I get to teach, someone benefits from the workout, and you get to take care of life’s little challenges with peace of mind. Just reach out to give me a heads up as soon as you think you may not be able to attend.

  • Downloading the Flex Pilates app directly to your phone is a convenient way to login and access your account. The free app is available in both the Apple and Android marketplace.
