small group classes

Don’t get lost in the crowd.

Ever been in a group class 15-20 deep and felt completely overwhelmed? The instruction didn’t resonate… maybe there was loud music and you couldn’t hear the direction… or you were confused by the equipment and unsure if you were doing the move correctly, or even safely?
You’re not alone. I prefer teaching small classes because it allows me to ensure that you’re understanding the movement correctly, receiving a safe workout, and truly feeling the work being done. Join me and feel the difference it can make.

mat+

Each 50-minute class highlights the key principles of Pilates while guiding you through the beginner & intermediate level mat work. We'll incorporate additional apparatus like tower, small barrel, magic circle, arm weights, bands, etc. to deepen connection and core stability; improve range of motion; and tone. You’ll walk away feeling stronger, lengthened and accomplished! All experience levels welcome. Limit 6 people per class.

studio policies

  • All classes are held to a 24-hour cancellation policy and are non-refundable. Early cancellation payments can be applied to future classes or access to the Flex Class library.

  • All packages expire in 4 months from date of first use.

  • Rates exclude sales tax.

  • If you have been diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis, bulging/herniated or slipped discs, or spondylolisthesis, please email me before signing up for a group class.
